For every person to freely exercise the right to be their full selves, where creativity flourishes in the presence of dialogue, where there is an absence of the need to code switch, and where the right to speak one's mind comes tied to the duty to listen back.

To understand that narrowly defined group alignment (race, gender, politics, sexual preference, etc.) is an outdated construct: at best, it is a deeply flawed proxy for identity.
